Will Ditzler - President/Chief Executive Officer
Will provides vision and leadership for the JFNew team, and serves employees and clients in meeting our mission. He has over 18 years of experience, 14 at JFNew, assisting clients in various markets. Will earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Indiana University. In addition to focusing on business management and organizational leadership, he has a passion for and significant experience in wildlife habitat management, conservation easements and wetland restoration.
Mike Lancioni - Vice President/Director of Services
Mike leads our Services Team of Ecologists, Biologists, Environmental Engineers, Wetland Scientists, Natural Resource Managers and Environmental Scientists. He has over 18 years of business operations, professional marketing, client relationship management and team development experience. He is active in numerous professional organizations in the Midwest, including Treasurer of the Chicago Wilderness Corporate Council. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University.
Sam Miller - Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing
Sam leads the focus on understanding marketing trends in the areas of ecological engineering, aligning JFNew’s full-service ecological solutions with the needs of the client. Sam brings more than 20 years of innovative, multifaceted marketing and management experience. His understanding in managing the innovation process to develop customer-focused products and services makes a strong addition to the entrepreneurial culture of JFNew. Sam is active in the promotion of environmental sustainability and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. He has a Master of Science in Product Development from the Northwestern University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois.
Wendy Loehr - Vice President/Director of Finance/CFO
As Chief Financial Officer for JFNew, Wendy manages the Finance and Information Technology areas of JFNew. Her team helps JFNew employees focus on their areas of expertise and external clients by providing key support services. Wendy is a Certified Public Accountant, with experience in bank finance and corporate financial management. Prior to joining JFNew she was an international financial software consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
Pam Zarazee - Vice President/Director of Human Resources
Part of JFNew’s mission is to positively impact the lives of its employees, and with more than 14 years of Human Resource experience, Pam promotes JFNew’s continued focus on improving as an employee-focused organization. She brings broad-based experience in the areas of compliance, employee relations, professional development, recruiting, benefits and compensation. In addition, Pam has been an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University of South Bend and St. Mary’s College, and is a local and national member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations and Management from Indiana University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Mark O'Brien - Vice President/Director of Native Plant Nursery
Mark is committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients, and has been involved with the growth of the JFNew Native Plant Nursery since 1999, He leads our team of native plant specialists and agronomists, and is a leader in the native plant industry and has presented on native plant benefits and uses in the landscape at Mid-America Horticultural Trade Show (Mid-Am), Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association, Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association, and the Michigan Wildflower Conference. Mark has over 22 years of experience in sales and management, and holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Business from Holy Cross College in Indiana.
Rob Wolfe - Vice President, Technical Service Manager
Rob provides technical oversight and expertise to all of our consulting services projects. A specialist in wetland and wildlife ecology, Rob brings over 19 years of experience to JFNew. He has authored numerous articles and presentations on wetland regulations, sustainable development and wetland mitigation banking. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Resources and Conservation, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida.
Jon Dittmar - Vice President, Technical Service Manager
Jon provides technical oversight and expertise to our ecological restoration projects. He brings over 30 years of natural resource experience to JFNew and a commitment to environmental stewardship. He is active in numerous associations and serves as President of the Fish Lake Conservancy District. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University.
